Responsibilities

Providing Tier 1 customer service support to employees and leaders related to Payroll, Benefits, Integrated Absence, Employee Health and Safety, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Data Management, HRIS and Learning and Performance

Serving as the 'front Door' to enhance the employee experience by navigating Employee Self Service resources, connecting with external service providers, and understanding HR Policies and Procedures

Providing general assistance with basic day-to-day employee HR needs

Responsible for development and growth of HRSC operations and service delivery including building and managing the support team

Ensuring exceptional service delivery of Tier 0 and Tier 1 customer service within a complex organizational structure

Motivating a team, driving service improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities and resolve issues
