Technical Project Manager
Plantingspace is building an AI system for analysts and scientists using a new approach to reasoning and knowledge representation. The Technical Project Manager will own the development roadmap and planning processes, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members while contributing to high-priority development tasks.

Responsibilities
Development roadmap: own the roadmap from a process perspective, working with leadership as well as individual contributors to identify inter-dependencies or shifts in priorities and timelines
Quarterly milestones: own the planning process, initiating and preparing reviews; work with goal owners as a supporter and coach, helping to ensure good planning and risk management
From idea to implementation: when a new feature idea comes up, ensure it follows the process from validation and scoping to prioritisation and finally implementation
Technical documentation and tooling: review both frequently and coordinate updates and improvements
Facilitating communication: stay responsive across channels and link people to resources
Work on high priority development tasks hands-on (contribute to development)
Qualification
Required
Work in a collaborative, commercial software engineering environment, working on large codebases and using practices like CI/CD, testing, and code reviews
Julia, or usage of some more functional or typed languages, e.g. Rust, OCaml, Clojure, C++, or Haskell
Building processes rather than one off solutions
Technical product management experience
Coordinating and/or coaching team members
