Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BAS market
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients
Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and marketing materials
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids for projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, particularly in building automation systems or HVAC controls
Strong understanding of Building Automation Systems and HVAC technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
