Responsibilities
Develop and implement models: design, build, test, and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges
Exploratory data analysis: conduct in-depth statistical analysis and visualizations to discover patterns, trends, and hidden insights in the data
Collaborate with Data Architects to develop robust data pipelines and create impactful features for model improvement
Communicate complex results, methodologies, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and data visualizations
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and deploy models into production systems
Drive innovation: stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling, and propose new technologies or methods where appropriate
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related field
Master's degree in quantitative fields (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent)
Strong proficiency in SQL
Expertise in Python and/or R
Solid understanding of core machine learning principles, algorithms, and model validation techniques
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
Deep knowledge of statistical hypothesis testing, experimental design, and multivariate analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey technical findings to non-technical audience
