Responsibilities
Assistant Super on a high-rise luxury apartment ground-up build in Dallas
Assist in managing the field and project team successfully and collaboratively
Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with all parties involved
Assist with setting up job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule
Participate in the review all project documents for constructability and content, including shop drawings
Maintain and update project records including RFIs, ASIs and as-builts
Assist with creating and enforcing a site-specific emergency action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with the Project Manager
Coordinate subcontractors
Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and agencies
In collaboration with the Superintendent perform daily job site walks and submit daily safety audit reports
Qualification
Required
Groundup Multi-Family experience
Served in the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent role for the last 3 years or more
Building Groundup Multifamily Construction (apartments and/or condo builds)
Good tenure at previous employers
Multifamily Construction Experience
Ground-up Experience required
2+ Years experience as Assistant Superintendent
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
