Responsibilities
Build and maintain driver-based financial models for planning and M&A
Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and scenario planning
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, dashboards, and exec presentations
Analyze trends, variances, and KPIs to inform key decisions
Create and manage BI dashboards (Power BI, SQL)
Improve and automate reporting and analytics processes
Partner with operations, commercial, BD, and treasury teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3–5+ years of FP&A experience, including financial modeling and forecasting
Experience with M&A analysis, valuation methodologies, and strategic planning
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and ERP systems
Preferred
MBA
Experience with SQL, Python, R, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
