The Administrative Support Officer will provide administrative assistance, manage work orders, and handle Xero-related tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Director and assist the Office Manager
Process parole via Xero (Xero experience preferred)
Manage work orders and ensure timely completion
Reconcile Xero payments and maintain accurate records
Oversee debtor management and follow up on outstanding accounts
Handle day-to-day office management tasks, ensuring smooth operations
Make outbound customer calls to assist with account-related inquiries
Complete and send bespoke templates to customers as required
Qualification
Required
With at least 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role
Xero proficiency or similar platform
Needs to have invoicing experience
Preferred
Xero experience preferred
