Learning Design Coordinator, Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition
Venture for Canada is a national non-profit and registered charity focused on equipping talent with entrepreneurial skills for the future of work. The Learning Design Coordinator will coordinate the delivery of ETA training programs, manage logistics, and support curriculum development to enhance learning experiences.

Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics and delivery for VFC’s ETA training programs (virtual and in-person)
Support session preparation and follow-up, including materials, agendas, tech checks, event flow, and timing
Manage participant communications to ensure clarity, accessibility, and a strong learner experience
Assist with updating, improving, and maintaining curricula and learning resources across ETA programs
Translate expert insights into accessible slides, worksheets, exercises, and other learning materials
Ensure all resources align with VFC’s pedagogy and uphold accessibility and equity standards
Explores and reports on tech options to improve virtual curriculum delivery
Support outreach, scheduling, and coordination with ETA practitioners such as investors, operators, lenders, and brokers
Prepare speakers for sessions through briefing notes, session outcomes, and logistical support
Support data collection, learner surveys, and evaluation processes across ETA programs
Track learner feedback and outcomes, and surface actionable recommendations for improvement
Maintain organized documentation, templates, and Notion/HubSpot resources
Maintain internal ETA resources including session templates, Notion hubs, slide decks, and schedules
Collaborate with Programs, Operations, and Events teams to ensure seamless delivery
Contribute to planning and execution of major ETA events and community gatherings
Qualification
Required
Experience designing and delivering learning experiences (e.g., workshops, training, curriculum materials)
Experience facilitating learning for groups, comfortable guiding discussions, supporting reflection, and managing group dynamics
Experience supporting the execution of events, whether virtual or in-person
Strong intellectual curiosity; excited to learn about ETA, M&A, small-business operations, and financing
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces
Enjoys collaborating with subject-matter experts and shaping their insights into effective learning experiences
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred
Proficiency with Google Workspace/Gmail, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and the Windows operating system are assets
