BROWNROOF is hiring experienced Recruiters for a remote position responsible for high-volume hiring. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple clients and sourcing candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for 4-5 IT/Non-IT clients simultaneously, from sourcing to offer rollout
Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, your personal database, referrals, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline for international and domestic voice processes
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role fit, ensuring a high standard of quality and speed
Work in close partnership with our Relationship Managers, who handle client coordination, to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly hiring targets in a metric-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 months of experience in any recruitment agency (Mandatory)
Experience hiring for BPO / Call Centre / International Voice / Domestic Voice
Ability to independently manage 4–5 clients at a time
Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to leverage your own database
Should work closely with our Relationship Managers (they handle client coordination)
Must have a laptop + high-speed internet
