Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns for Android and iOS
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and other channels
Implement and maintain tracking with Appsflyer and other mobile measurement partners (MMPs)
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, placements, and audiences to improve performance
Analyze campaign data and apply optimization strategies to maximize ROI
Collaborate with the design and automation teams to ensure alignment with CRM funnels
Scale budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability
Prepare performance reports and insights for management
Qualification
Required

Minimum 3+ years of experience in media buying for mobile apps, gaming, or fintech
Strong expertise in user acquisition, app install campaigns, and mobile tracking
Proficiency with Appsflyer, Firebase, GA4, and attribution platforms
Advanced analytical and data-driven mindset
Proven ability to scale campaigns and manage large budgets
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
High level of English (written and spoken)
