Charleston County School District is seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative District Content Facilitator to join the ELA team to support secondary ELA and literacy intervention educators. This role focuses on supporting and strengthening literacy instruction across middle and high school teams through coaching, modeling effective instructional practices, and leading professional development.

Required

Strong background in secondary ELA instruction

Proven track record of supporting or building MTSS frameworks to ensure effective tiered literacy interventions and instructional practices across content areas
