Responsibilities
Full-cycle payroll processing and working with the payroll tax (multi-state)
Payroll deductions, adjustments, and weekly reporting
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
Perform input, maintenance, and review of finances and expenses
Assist with payroll accounting
Qualification
Required
Payroll and accounting experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong Excel skills
Comprehensive experience working with Oracle
Multistate payroll and payroll tax experience
General Accounting experience, including journal entries, month-end, and financial reporting
Preferred
Experience with ERP Software and ADP
