Responsibilities
Lead integration requirements gathering with business and technical stakeholders
Define integration architecture and patterns using Workato
Create and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documentation
Translate business processes into event-driven and scheduled integrations
Establish integration standards, naming conventions, and reusability patterns
Oversee development, testing, error handling, logging, and deployment
Review integration designs and code for performance, scalability, and security
Coordinate with data, security, and application teams
Support cutover planning and production stabilization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of iPaaS / Integration Architecture experience
Hands-on expertise with Workato
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware patterns
Proven experience creating Source-to-Target Mappings (STM)
Deep understanding of authentication (OAuth, API Keys, SFTP)
Experience integrating Salesforce, ERP, HR, Finance, and Data Warehouse platforms
Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Preferred
3+ years of hands-on iPaaS development experience
Strong experience with REST APIs & JSON/XML, Data transformations and mapping, SFTP, webhooks, and scheduled jobs
Experience building integrations with Salesforce, ERP, HR, and Finance platforms
Understanding of integration security and performance optimization
