Responsibilities
Lead architecture solution design and planning to align with business objectives and technical standards
Consult and mentor junior staff on best practices in architecture, data modeling, enhancements, security, and tools
Analyze client requirements within a traceability framework and resolve functional issues
Oversee quality and compliance of architecture deliverables with standards and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, STEM, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in enterprise architecture and software design
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Core Application Systems: Expert in designing and managing enterprise application architecture
Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and recommend solutions
Technical Excellence: Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills
Software Product Design/Architecture: Expertise in software design and architecture standards
Application Modernization: Skilled in cloud-native and microservices modernization strategies
Architecture Modeling: Proficient in conceptual, logical, and physical architecture modeling
