Responsibilities
Reviewing outgoing mail batches to ensure accuracy of names, addresses, and contents
Opening and resealing envelopes for quality checks before dispatch
Verifying file totals prior to processing and auditing calculations after print
Ensuring correct postage and inserts are included for outgoing mailings
Shipping packages via courier services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and tracking as needed
Logging quality control issues in appropriate systems
Maintaining records and files related to production and quality checks
Assisting less-experienced peers and training new associates as needed
Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
Ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet production deadlines
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively
