Responsibilities

Reviewing project proposals and plans to understand scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements

Assisting with contract and subcontractor management from initial discussions through close-out, ensuring compliance and tracking key performance and financial metrics

Maintaining accurate documentation for accounting, cost reporting, billing, scheduling, procurement, and budgeting

Preparing reports for management

Coordinating project schedules with field teams

Attending construction-related meetings and documenting activities to keep projects on track

Assisting with agency and client correspondence, reporting requirements, and preparing proposals and estimates

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination

Experience with project financials, scheduling, risk management and reporting

Prior management experience is required

Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team

Travel is required for this position

Preferred

Experience with multiple project delivery methods including Design Bid Build, Design Build, Progressive Design Build, CMGC and other

Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE)

Experience with Primavera, HCSS, B2W, MS Office Suite and MS Projects
