Customer Service Representative (Boynton Beach, FL)

Responsibilities
Answering all inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
Use of computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software systems to prepare reports, memos, and documents
Act as a liaison for clients, while resolving problems that our customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Maintains proactive contact and provides support to ensure corporate and operational goals are met
Special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in an office environment
Experience with Microsoft Suite is required
Strong attention to detail
Prompt, professional, and dependable demeanor
High School Diploma
Preferred
Experience in the waste industry is a plus
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus; read, write and converse
Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset
