Responsibilities

Facilitate monthly client invoice procedure in a timely and accurate manner

Compile and organize data for client invoicing

Review and confirm pricing and budgets with client contacts

Collect and manage campaign data reporting

Frequent communication with clients and vendors on open balances

Assist in ad hoc reporting

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Proficiency of MS Office, Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables) required

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
