Responsibilities

Build strategic partnerships: Develop win-win relationships with strategic customers to increase engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs
Drive business growth: Focus on international business expansion and revenue growth for high-value accounts
Deliver strategic insights: Provide high-level service through data-driven insights and maintain relentlessly high operational standards
Execute joint business plans: Build and implement strategic plans with customers, collaborating to identify innovative opportunities
Identify opportunities: Explore new selection, merchandising, and operational improvement opportunities
Act as trusted advisor: Serve as the primary influencer and consultant, working as an extended team member of the customer organization

Qualification

Direct sales experienceBusiness development experienceAccount strategy implementationC-level executive engagementCustomer relationship managementCommunication skillsProblem solving abilitiesTechnology industry experienceFortune 1000

Required

7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
7+ years of creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent

Preferred

Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
Experience leading in a customer-facing role in the technology industry or equivalent
Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
