They are seeking a Head of Operations to manage the company's operational backbone, including HR, Finance, and Legal, while partnering closely with the founders to ensure efficient functioning of the organization.

Responsibilities
Drive financial operations: oversee fundraising workflows, budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, cash management, and spend controls
Lead legal & compliance: manage lawyers, contracts, equity/cap table hygiene, state registrations, insurance, and regulatory documentation
Support growth & strategic initiatives: track and organize customer-facing materials, coordinate PR/press, and run events/dinners related to hiring and GTM
Run the Talent engine: own recruiting operations, candidate experience, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR compliance
Own day-to-day operations: ensure smooth office operations across locations, manage founder scheduling, vendors, equipment, and internal systems
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing HR, Finance, Legal & Compliance functions
Strong operational background with a focus on building and running internal operations
Ability to design processes and own execution
Experience in financial operations including fundraising workflows, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
Experience in managing legal and compliance aspects including contracts, equity/cap table hygiene, and regulatory documentation
Experience in supporting growth and strategic initiatives
Experience in managing recruiting operations, candidate experience, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR compliance
Ability to ensure smooth office operations across multiple locations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments and manage complexity
