Responsibilities
Using available AI tools and coordinating with outside counsel to conduct legal diligence in countries where eero intends to launch its products and services
Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts for eero’s vendor arrangements, and supporting eero in the drafting and negotiation of its leases globally
Optimizing eero’s existing document management tools – using AI as a preferred solution
Improving and maintaining eero’s existing simplifications for B2B deal related activity and working directly with eero’s Sales Operations team to do so
Designing new processes and simplifications for eero’s customer-facing disclosures such as terms of service, limited warranty and privacy notice
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with commercial agreements and commercial transactions
Can use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review
Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience with complex commercial/legal concepts and drafting, ability to quickly read and interpret legal terminology and reasoning
3+ years of drafting and negotiating the legal terms in a broad range of standard commercial contracts experience
Preferred
Experience in drafting and negotiating the legal terms inbound technology licensing and procurement contracts or a broad range of standard commercial contracts
An interest in international legal frameworks and a desire to learn more about them
