The Reverse Loan Partner will be responsible for managing client communications, documentation collection, and ensuring the accuracy of loan files while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to collect required documentation including pull credit

Submit to Reverse Support to review

Request and enter title fees

Review file for completeness and accuracy

Utilize loan origination software (LOS) to input and track progress

Provide excellent customer service and support

Generate and send application packages. Once application is signed, ensure all fields are complete

Once file is ready and all necessary documents are received, handoff file to Reverse Operations Lead and Transaction Coordinator
