Resolve technical issues for customers in the region
Provide support and guidance on SONIFI products
Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with hospitality customers
Understand and respect boundaries and protocols in healthcare environments
Adapt to changing priorities and requests from customers

Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in specified areas -OR- High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years' work experience
Experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end
Valid driver's license and safe driving habits
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requests
Willingness to travel occasionally outside of assigned area
Availability for on-call, occasional overtime, and weekend work
