Responsibilities
Deliver world-class customer service, managing order management, quote turnaround, and inquiry response times
Listen to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and provide troubleshooting assistance
Document customer interactions in ERP and maintain effective communication
Provide accurate quotations and meet SLA for quote turnaround
Follow up with customers to maintain and establish account assignments
Possess high-level technical knowledge of products, services, and procedures
Understand bid requests through specifications/drawings and product compatibility
Stay updated with new product launches and adhere to outlined procedures
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in your product group
Communicate effectively on behalf of customers and provide valuable feedback
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Demonstrate a closing ratio greater than 30% on all quotes
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work at a fast pace and manage inquiries and follow-up tasks
Knowledge of pricing, margins, and negotiating skills
Understanding of glass systems and effective navigation of CRL's website and business software
Excellent customer service skills, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
