Program/Project Support Coordinator II
The University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Program/Project Support Coordinator II to support experience-centered sales certificate programming and manage a Salesforce CRM database. This role involves project coordination, student mentorship, and corporate partner engagement to ensure the success of various initiatives within the Trulaske College of Business.
Education
Responsibilities
Support and scale experience-centered sales certificate programming
Maintain and manage a Salesforce CRM database for the Trulaske College of Business (TCoB)
Combine project/event coordination, student mentorship, corporate partner engagement and visit scheduling
Manage CSCD budget and travel planning
Ensure the continued growth and operational success of CSCD’s initiatives, including the Inside Sales Lab and Mizzou’s sales competition teams
Maintain and manage a Salesforce CRM database for professional contacts in TCoB, including industry partners for CSCD, CE&I, STEM MBA, advisory board members, recruiters, course guest speakers, and more
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired
Preferred
Educational background and relevant experience
Interpersonal skills, including empathy, professionalism, and collegiality
Communication, planning, organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and corporate partners
Willingness to learn Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant apps
