Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems
Assist with analyzing, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining installed systems
Support users
Create documentation to support system design, testing and training
Assist with the management of customer expectations and customer interactions
Participate in service quality initiatives
Qualification
Required
Education: Associate's Degree OR 2 years in information technology or healthcare
Other Licenses/Certifications: Required certifications for role will be obtained within a 6 month timeframe from date of hire and limited to 3 test attempts per certification
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented
Preferred
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare or other closely related field
Previous work related experience in healthcare industry
Experience with key OSF applications
