Responsibilities
Oversee TikTok Shop operations, including Seller Center management
Lead TikTok Shop strategy and manage client accounts
Drive influencer affiliate recruitment and campaign execution
Manage product launches, listing optimization, coupons, and flash sales
Conduct weekly client meetings and provide proactive growth recommendations
Deliver weekly updates and reporting to clients via Slack and email
Manage and delegate tasks to a dedicated VA
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for innovative solutions
Maintain clear communication and task tracking through Asana, Slack, and other platforms
Qualification
Required
3+ years of account management experience, ideally with TikTok Shop expertise
Strong leadership and client-facing skills
Experience running influencer affiliate campaigns
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (TikTok, Shopify, Amazon)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
