Growth Lead
PARDON is a new consumer brand focused on longevity and health, seeking a Growth Lead to develop their marketing engine. This role involves creating marketing plans across various channels to drive audience growth and revenue, while utilizing data for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Optimize and scale organic newsletter signups, via any combination of strategies and tactics
You will own the 'non-paid' channels, and inform strategy on paid channels. This means developing and testing referral programs, developing quizzes and other high-engagement lead magnets, optimizing our content for SEO/Discoverability, and crafting viral loops that turn our 1.1M readers into evangelists who bring in new subscribers
You will own the conversion strategy for how we market (internally and externally) our Immersions, major event series (The Super Age Games), and soon-to-come E-commerce store
You will design and optimize how reader/buyers work their way through our offerings, e.g. clicking on sleep content, to buying a nice mattress, to attending a sleep immersion weekend retreat program
You will work with our editorial, design, and data teams to build the email automations and segments that nurture a new subscriber into a ticket/product buyer
You will analyze data to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value (LTV)
You are the hands-on media buyer (primarily Meta, Youtube); you will either run these campaigns yourself or manage an agency of record who does so under your watchful eye
Run campaigns for audience acquisition, event tickets and product sales. You own the ROAS targets
Execute paid amplification for our sponsors. You must ensure their budget is spent efficiently and provide 'white-glove' performance reporting that validates their investment
In the first half of 2026 we will have 10+ immersion programs, 1 in-house digital course, 1 major event series, and a web store with 15-20 curated products. All of these need robust marketing programs, which you will design, perfect, and execute to sell out each offering
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing and executing marketing plans across owned, paid, and partner channels
Proven ability to optimize and scale organic audience growth strategies
Experience in designing and optimizing reader/buyer journeys
Strong skills in funnel architecture and lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with paid media management, particularly on platforms like Meta and YouTube
Ability to analyze data to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value (LTV)
Experience managing budgets and achieving ROAS targets
Proficiency in using AI tools for creative and automation purposes
Strong communication skills to interact with C-suite executives and internal teams
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a strategic role
