Responsibilities
Contributes expertise on complex or ad hoc engineering projects and programs requiring high levels of functional integration
Manages large cross-functional project teams
Leverages creativity and comprehensive processes, tools and project management software expertise to ensure resources are planned effectively, costs are maintained, and reporting is accurate and timely
Independently and creatively applies technical expertise to coach others and resolves complex issues
Drives decisions regarding technology solutions to complex issues within scope of the project or more broadly as required
Identifies and makes recommendations for technical and process improvements
Participates in and provides senior-level support to team and cross-functional projects
Defines, implements and consults on project management standards and processes for relevant teams or projects
Qualification
Required
Diploma or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Engineering Project and Program Management
Good business English skills (Written and spoken)
Preferred
PMP Certification
MS Project
MS office Suite knowledge
