Responsibilities
Production of timely and accurate client reports/presentations on a monthly and quarterly time period
Compile reports and documents from several different sources, including commentary from managers, which is proofread and analyzed for accuracy between the various sources
Consult with Portfolio Managers, client service analysts, performance analysts and accountants, in order deliver accurate and timely reports on a monthly and quarterly time period
Work to help streamline the reporting process inside the portfolio management department, as well as with IT team members
Qualification
Required
New college graduates up to 5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management, or equivalent relevant reporting experience
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills strongly desired (VLOOKUP/Formulas/linking/macros)
Intermediate PowerPoint skills strongly desired
Proven ability to proofread, edit and to utilize proper grammar
Strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented and accuracy-conscientious
Ability to independently complete research and work with peers within strict time deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with peers and senior management
