Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from inception through settlement

Verify insurance coverage and liability details to ensure proper case handling

Negotiate property damage and bodily injury claims to achieve optimal client outcomes

Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment throughout the claims process

Draft and review demand letters and settlement packages

Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters and opposing parties to move cases forward

Maintain consistent client communication, providing updates and ensuring excellent service

Mentor junior case managers and assist in training and process improvements as needed
