HR Program Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and participate in high-impact, cross-functional HR projects (e.g., annual compensation cycle, Employee Sentiment Survey results rollout)
Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of critical HR initiatives
Analyze and synthesize people and organizational data to uncover insights, inform recommendations, and drive the HR agenda
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, enabling data-driven decision-making
Provide advanced Excel analysis support to HR Partners and stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence
Track and coordinate key HR programs, ensuring alignment and collaboration across multiple teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of overall experience in Project & Program Management
At least 3 years organizing, managing, and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
Demonstrated exposure to or experience overseeing HR/Talent programs
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to break down complex issues, identify root causes, and develop creative, practical solutions
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Proven ability to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets
Skilled at interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting insights clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messages tailored for different audiences
Proactively seeks to understand the business, its culture, and evolving stakeholder needs
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Adept at making tradeoffs and managing competing priorities
