Responsibilities
Conduct ACH, Bill Pay and Check Investigations
Maintain operational accuracy while processing money movement transactions
Perform daily reconciliations on general ledgers, bank accounts
Deliver extraordinary service to our clients by processing their requests in an accurate and timely manner
Review and document procedures for policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency
Find opportunities to improve key efficiencies within money movement to improve quality and scale our workflows
Publish daily operational metrics and KPIs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of working in Payment Operations and/or Business Analysis
Knowledge of electronic payments processing (ACH and/or Check Clearing)
You deliver with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Highly flexible and adaptable to fast paced environment, willing to assist in other areas as needed
Work independently and collaborate with associates
Time management (multi-tasking)
