This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide insights that influence strategic decisions and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and report short- and long-term R&D results
Analyze revenue, cost structure, margins, and profitability trends
Support quarterly and annual financial close processes ensuring accuracy
Develop financial models for revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and operating expenses
Assist in annual budgeting and strategic planning processes
Identify key business drivers impacting financial performance
Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. forecast) and provide actionable recommendations
Support pricing strategies, product profitability analysis, and investment decisions
Partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align financial goals with business strategies
Provide financial insights for executive decision-making and strategic initiatives

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience in FP&A, P&L management, or corporate finance—preferably in semiconductor or technology industry
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proficiency in financial tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, and advanced Excel
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do perspective

Preferred

MBA or CPA preferred
