Responsibilities
Compile and review financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare financial forms, documents, and detailed reports
Aid in the preparation of budgets and financial statements
Assist with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal regulations and requirements
Maintain organized records and filing systems
Answer telephones and handle routine correspondence with clients
Perform other duties as required to support the team and firm
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. Recent graduates are welcome
