Responsibilities
Review blog articles for the Hims and Hers blogs for medical accuracy and completeness
Ensure citations are in alignment with our internal medical research guidelines
Note your edits and comments in Suggesting mode on Google Docs and respond to questions from editors and writers as needed
Keep track of your progress in our project management platform
Submit a personal bio and photo to be published on the Hims and Hers websites. Your name will be listed as the medical reviewer at the top of articles you’ve reviewed and will link to this bio page
Qualification
Required
MD or DO and licensed to practice medicine in the United States
3+ years of experience medically reviewing consumer-facing medical content for accuracy and completeness
Preferred
Effective research skills and familiarity with research databases such as PubMed
Medical knowledge related to sexual health and hair health
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Familiarity with Google Docs
