Validate and review client data during onboarding
Support audit processes, including sample coordination and reporting
Assist with monthly governance and billing audits
QA monthly claim corrections and contribute to control report completion
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with liability insurance and claims workflows
Proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
Experience interpreting insurance policy language
Preferred
