Responsibilities

Oversee the complete accounting cycle: GL, AP, AR, payroll, intercompany activity, and multi-entity consolidations
Own P&L outcomes across business units—budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting
Lead month-end and year-end close processes; manage audit support and external financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks
Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, cost controls, and KPI reporting
Administer tax filings, intercompany accounting, and cash flow management
Identify and drive systems improvement initiatives, including reporting enhancements and process automation
Support cross-entity coordination and communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including multi-entity consolidation and P&L management
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance frameworks
Advanced Excel proficiency
ERP experience
Strong analytical skills: forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, scenario modeling
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to leadership and non-finance teams
Ability to travel 10% to support oversight across legal entities
