Responsibilities

Execute and streamline essential People Operations processes such as onboarding, learning & development, and employee engagement

Assist in maintaining data integrity and accessibility of various People systems (e.g., Paylocity, Greenhouse, Lattice, Tangelo LMS)

Create and maintain internal documentation, policies, training content, and resources to support People Team operations

Act as a cross-functional bridge, helping to translate operational needs into effective process improvements

Coordinate logistics for learning programs and other employee-facing initiatives

Qualification

Required

1-2+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR, or a related administrative or operational role

Familiarity with People systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS)

Clear communicator with strong process-thinking skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail, action oriented, and multi-tasking skills

U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required (To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or other protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
