Responsibilities

Retain and expand a designated portfolio of clients identified by local management

Support a Producer with a book of business generating $1.5MM or more in annual revenue for Gallagher

Drive overall client strategy to meet and exceed expectations and growth objectives

Leverage deep knowledge of client needs to manage renewals and grow existing accounts

Coordinate internal resources—such as service teams, loss control, and local leadership—to achieve strategic goals

Conduct stewardship reviews and develop and execute plans that align with client objectives while delivering profitable growth for the company

Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure timely resolution and satisfactory outcomes for client issues

Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required

Appropriate licensing for Property & Casualty Insurance sales

Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Keen problem solving skills, focusing solutions on the root cause
