Founding Account Executive | Legal Tech (Full-Cycle Hunter)

Wamy is a fast-growing Legal Tech startup solving a massive pain point for law firms, and they are seeking a Founding Account Executive. This role involves owning the entire sales process from cold calls to closing deals, while also contributing to refining the sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Hunt (50%): You are your own SDR. You will identify high-value law firms, bypass gatekeepers, and use cold calls/email/LinkedIn to book your own meetings
Close (50%): You will run discovery calls, demonstrate the Wamy product to skeptical attorneys, handle objections, and close deals
Build: You will help refine our sales messaging, objection handling, and pricing strategy based on real market feedback

Qualification

Legal Tech Sales ExperienceFull-Cycle SalesSaaS SalesSales Tools ProficiencySelf-Motivated

Required

2+ Years of Legal Tech Sales Experience: You have sold SaaS to law firms before (e.g., at Clio, MyCase, Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis). You understand the 'billable hour' mindset and know how to speak to Partners
A Proven 'Hunter': You can show us a track record where you self-sourced at least 50% of your own revenue. You don't fear the phone
No 'Big Company' Hangovers: You don't need a 2-week training seminar or a manager checking your activity daily. You know how to manage your own day and hit targets remotely
Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using modern sales tools (CRMs, Dialers, LinkedIn Sales Nav) to maximize your efficiency
