Responsibilities

Manage a local team to develop automated integration and system tests, ensuring test cases are meaningful, maintainable, and well-aligned with product goals

Ensure consistency of quality and performance of the global team by aligning standard methodologies in process, tools, and engineering development

Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for embedded software, ensuring thorough coverage and robust performance

Work closely with embedded software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, cybersecurity-compliant embedded software

Utilize the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance our testing processes and improve efficiency

Provide detailed reports and metrics on testing activities, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring transparency
