Responsibilities
Play a key role in the development and execution of GTM objectives & strategies, including capacity planning, sales segmentation and pricing
Design & implement forecasts & KPIs across different business segments and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
Identify & lead new Sales programs on topics such as international expansion, pipeline growth, incentive structures and internal operational processes
Assist with key business reporting for our GTM leadership, executive management and Board of Directors
Work cross-functionally with GTM leadership to ensure business alignment on top priorities and drive change where needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, GTM strategy or a related field
Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is desirable, but not required
Advanced analytical skills: strong Excel & modeling proficiency is a must
Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) or advanced analytics is a plus
Desire to be in a fast-paced environment with constant change
End-to-end ownership of deliverables & ability to get deep into details to get them done
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: independently able to deal with ambiguous topics without a defined process or 'right' answer
Excellent communication & presentation skills: prior experience & comfort interacting with senior leadership
A valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required
