Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in quality/testing, IT processes, SDLC governance, or IT PMO
Proficiency in tools such as Qtest and JIRA
Strong skills in process planning, business analysis, and data analytics
Excellent communication and training abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Management
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
