Responsibilities

Monthly In-Store Global VM Guidelines

Partner with Global Merchandising and Buyers to develop innovative seasonal VM strategies

Assist with physical and digital content creation

Seasonal Showroom Installations & Special Events

Organize and prepare VM plans, props, and tools

Maintain showroom visual standards before, during, and aftermarket appointments

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Sample Library teams to manage product samples

Trend & Inspiration Research

Conduct seasonal trend reporting and gather creative inspiration

Qualification

Required

5+ years of visual merchandising experience with fashion-related brands (corporate or field)

Experience with leather goods and lifestyle categories (bags, small leathergoods, ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories like jewelry, eyewear & scarves)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) & Adobe Photoshop

Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and react quickly with urgency

Passion for visual merchandising and fashion
