Director, Consumer Finance & Revenue Programs
Leon Capital Group is backing AMP, a rapidly expanding medspa platform focused on delivering exceptional aesthetic experiences. The Director of Consumer Finance & Revenue Programs will drive patient financing performance and support retail and membership revenue initiatives across all locations, directly influencing top-line revenue through strategic execution and training.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end patient financing implementation across all AMP locations with KPIs tied to:
Financing utilization rate
Financing transaction volume
Average financed ticket size
Develop, implement, and continuously refine training, scripting, and workflows that drive daily adoption among providers and front-office teams
Conduct recurring in-clinic enablement sessions, including on-site training, coaching, process refreshers, and performance reviews
Serve as AMP’s central point of contact for all patients' financing performance, lender relationships, product updates, and operational improvements
Partner closely with Patient Capital leadership and lender partners to:
Optimize lender mix
Refine product positioning
Execute first-look and tiered financing strategies
Improve approval rates and conversion
Integrate financing options into the full patient journey to increase:
Retail product sales
Membership enrollment
High-value add-on services
Build cross-sell and up-sell strategies rooted in consumer behavior, treatment planning logic, and medspa operational flow
Track retail and membership KPIs while implementing initiatives to improve:
Conversion rates
Average basket size
Recurring revenue performance
Run consistent, measurable training programs aligned with clinic operations:
In-person and virtual training
Call scripts and consult scripts
Lead handling workflows
Front-desk and provider enablement
Assess performance at the clinic level and create action plans to unlock revenue growth
Standardize best practices across locations to ensure operational consistency and scalability
Monitor performance dashboards across financing, retail, and membership metrics
Identify gaps and root causes, develop corrective programs, and measure impact
Maintain ongoing reporting for AMP, Patient Capital leadership, and lender partners
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years in patient financing, practice development, lending enablement, or medspa revenue operations
Proven success driving revenue through patient financing program management
Proven success driving revenue through membership sales growth
Proven success driving revenue through retail product optimization
Strong field enablement experience: training, coaching, scripting, and workflow implementation
Experience managing or directly influencing multiple clinical locations or territories
Ability to use data and KPIs to drive decision-making and performance accountability
Builder mentality: comfortable creating processes, testing quickly, iterating, and scaling
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels—from clinic staff to executives
Preferred
Experience from companies like Cherry or similar patient financing platforms
