Service Technician
Flow Control Group is a leading provider of fluid handling and industrial automation solutions across North America. The Equipment Service Technician role is responsible for providing repair services on pumps and compressors, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective maintenance and installation.

Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance, service, and repair on air compressors, pumps, and associated equipment
Oversee and/or install related equipment and systems at customer locations
Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and or system failures
Educate customers on proper start-up procedures and maintenance intervals, along with potential spare parts requirements
Maintain continuity between the customer and the company during and after installations to ensure an appropriate application and operation of systems and equipment
Provide the required tools and diagnostic equipment necessary to perform job assignments
Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and safety of all company vehicles and equipment
Attend relevant training sessions and maintain appropriate required levels of certifications
Administrative responsibilities include documenting labor hours and equipment data on a daily basis
Any other relevant duties that may be assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret work orders
Ability to communicate ideas and suggestions both verbally and in writing
Ability to complete basic math skills, which include adding, subtracting, dividing, and multiplications

Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
