Join the team and become part of our family!
Build Supply Chain talent and organizational bench strength through a two to three-year rotational program
Learn the many facets of both Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing
Participate in 3 Rotations at 12 months each in concentrated areas: Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Transportation, and Supply Chain Transformation

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Supply Chain or general business internship or related experience
Prior experience participating in a team environment
Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement
Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business
Willingness to travel as needed
