Teachers of Tomorrow is the leading national alternative certification program provider based in Houston, Texas. They are seeking a Program Advisor to coach and guide teacher applicants and interns through their alternative teaching certification program, providing mentorship and support to help them succeed.

Education

Responsibilities

Gain expertise about the certification/licensure programs, state requirements, and company policies and procedures

Use this knowledge to engage with candidates to help them strategize and problem solve to move along within the program to complete their certification

Engage and recognize incoming calls as priority tasks

Manage volume of emails, inbound and outbound calls

Will possibly assist state operations team with sales representation of the program in-person at job fair, marketing events and school district events

Assist state operations team with building relationships with local districts

Perform any other duties (administrative, clerical, events) as directed by the Manager, Customer Success Multiple States

Act in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values

Required

Bachelor's degree from a leading university with academic excellence or commensurate experience in an educational or professional administrative capacity

1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience

Strong sales, relationship building, and leadership skills

Superior customer service, attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism
