Responsibilities

Acquire New SMB Customers
Engage SMB owners across social platforms, communities, and niche groups
Turn comments, threads, and conversations into signups
Run modern outbound using enrichment, personalization, sequencing, and automation tools
Test new hooks, formats, and channels weekly
Build a High-Leverage AI-Driven Content Engine
Generate daily content using AI: posts, shorts, visuals, carousels
Transform product insights into simple, compelling, AI-generated assets
Repurpose high-performing content across channels instantly
Maintain fast output without manual writing or heavy editing
Grow a Community That Converts
Stand up and manage an active community (Slack/Discord/FB)
Nurture early users and turn them into advocates
Use tools to monitor conversations and surface opportunities
Run Creative Growth Experiments
Launch AI-generated landing pages, micro-tools, and vertical funnels
Test automated outreach, referral loops, and emerging channels
Collaborate on lightweight webinars, demos, and co-marketing
Track performance, iterate, and scale what works
Translate Product → Distribution
Turn new features into AI-generated walkthroughs and demos
Reduce friction across the discovery → signup → activation journey
Provide real-time insights from community and outreach back to product

Motivated by clear outcomes: signups, activations, and real traction
Creative thinker who loves rapid experimentation
Naturally curious about SMBs and how they work
Defined by what you've built, shipped, and grown rather than traditional accolades
This is a role for someone who wants to prove themselves through execution, not pedigree — and who sees AI as their core toolkit for operating at 10× leverage
